Founded in 2000 by Martin and Janet Aldridge using experience and expertise gained in the butchery and catering industry. Martin has been producing award winning sausages and pies since the early 1960s. He became a fresh food manager for a major supermarket in 1972 before going on to open M&J Meats in 1980. A very successful butchery chain that was sole supplier to 3 breweries. This means that he has the knowledge to produce the highest quality products that are delicious and, hold a good position in the marketplace.

We have discovered the wealth of local produce here in Dorset, and these compliment our ideals of producing the highest quality, truly local product. We source our meat from Genesis Farms and use award winning cheddar cheese and bacon from Denhay, not forgetting locally sourced genuine Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese and local Vegetables.
